Premier Membership – $1,000/year

The Premier Membership offers enhanced features and exclusive opportunities designed for chiropractors who are seeking to elevate their visibility and establish leadership within the profession. For an annual fee of $1,000, Premier members receive everything included in the Standard Tier, plus additional benefits that provide greater exposure and authority within the chiropractic community.

1. Anchored to the Top of Your State & City Pages
As a Premier member, your practice will be anchored to the top of both your state and city pages in our directory, providing superior visibility to potential patients. This exclusive feature is limited to three practices per metropolitan area and ensures your practice remains highly visible for as long as you maintain your membership.

• Exclusivity and Location Decisions: The designation of a metropolitan area is solely determined by the Principled Chiropractic Association (PCA) Board. The Board reserves the right to determine whether your location qualifies as a metro area and if your practice can hold one of the three exclusive spots in that region. Should your practice no longer meet the criteria of a principled chiropractor, or if your membership lapses, your listing will be removed from the top position. Your practice is welcome and encouraged to reapply, but the PCA cannot guarantee you the original spot you had previously.

2. Feature a Mission Video in Your Listing
Premier members have the unique opportunity to feature a mission video as part of their online profile. This video allows you to showcase your practice’s philosophy, vision, and approach to chiropractic care, giving potential patients a more personal and direct understanding of what sets you apart.

• Video Submission Guidelines: All videos must adhere to the content and quality guidelines established by the PCA. The Association reserves the right to approve or reject video submissions that do not meet these standards. All approved videos will be published as part of your listing for the duration of your membership.

3. One Free Associate Job Listing Per Year
Each Premier member is entitled to one free associate job listing per membership year. This listing allows you to attract and hire new chiropractic associates, providing a cost-effective way to grow your practice with qualified professionals.

• Listing Validity: This free job listing is valid for a single year and must be used within the same membership period. Additional job listings beyond the complimentary one will incur standard job listing fees. The PCA reserves the right to modify or remove job listings that do not meet our standards or guidelines.

4. Author Two Articles on the PCA Website Per Year
Premier members are invited to author two articles per year on the PCA website, contributing valuable content to the chiropractic community while enhancing their own authority and brand presence. These articles will be published on the PCA website and can help boost your personal and office brand’s visibility across search engines.

• Publication Rights: While you will author these articles, all content published on the PCA website is the exclusive property of the Principled Chiropractic Association. The PCA retains all rights to the content, including the right to approve, reject, or modify submitted articles. The PCA Board has final discretion over what content will and will not be published under our platform, ensuring the highest quality and relevance for the chiropractic community.

5. Be a Featured Guest on Our Podcast (Coming Soon)
As part of our ongoing efforts to promote leadership within the chiropractic community, Premier members will have the opportunity to be a featured guest on our upcoming podcast. This feature will provide you with a platform to share your expertise, insights, and experiences with a wider audience.

• Podcast Participation: Participation in the podcast is subject to scheduling and availability. While we aim to provide all Premier members with the opportunity to be featured, the PCA does not guarantee specific dates or topics for each guest appearance.

Binding Agreement and Limitations of Service

By enrolling in the Premier Tier, you acknowledge that the features and services outlined above are the full extent of what is provided under this membership level. The Principled Chiropractic Association makes no guarantees regarding the specific outcomes associated with the use of these features, including increased patient inquiries, brand visibility, or practice growth.

• Payment Terms: Payment for the Premier Tier is non-refundable once processed. Membership dues are payable annually or monthly, and your membership will automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.
• Exclusivity and Service Limitations: The Principled Chiropractic Association makes no representations or warranties regarding your practice’s performance or visibility as a result of the Premier Tier membership. The exclusivity of top positions in metropolitan areas is contingent upon membership status, as well as compliance with PCA’s standards of principled chiropractic care. Failure to meet these criteria may result in your removal from premium listing positions without a refund.
• Content Ownership and Rights: All content produced for the Principled Chiropractic Association, including articles authored by Premier members, is owned by the PCA. Members acknowledge that once submitted, such content becomes the sole property of the Association and may be used, modified, or removed at the PCA’s discretion.
• Disputes: In the event of any disputes related to membership or services, the Principled Chiropractic Association reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation and application of these terms. Members agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution processes outlined by the PCA.

By proceeding with the Premier Tier, you affirm that you understand and agree to the full terms and conditions outlined here. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your membership without a refund or access to Premier features.
