Membership fees are outlined in our Terms of Acceptance document. By submitting an application, you agree to pay the applicable membership fees and understand that these fees are non-refundable.

3.3 Termination of Membership

The Association reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you violate these Terms, the Terms of Acceptance, or any other policies of the Association.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Principled Chiropractic Association or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Website without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Website and all content and services provided through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Association disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States Of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts , and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

The Principled Chiropractic Association reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
