Standard Tier Membership – $300/year

By selecting the Standard Tier, chiropractors receive access to essential tools and resources aimed at helping them connect with their community and grow their practice. For an annual fee of $300, members are entitled to the following features:

1. Full Profile
Members in the Standard Tier will have a full profile on the Principled Chiropractic Association website. This profile includes your business name, contact information, location, and a description of your practice, giving potential patients the ability to learn more about your services.

• Details Included: Your profile will display only the information you provide during the registration process. No additional or external information will be added unless explicitly submitted by you.
• Profile Updates: You may request updates to your profile; however, any requests for updates are subject to review and approval by the Principled Chiropractic Association Board. We reserve the right to limit the frequency of updates and changes to your profile.

2. Complete Contact Form
Your profile will include a contact form allowing potential patients to reach you directly. All inquiries sent through this form will be automatically forwarded to the email address you provided during registration.

• Contact Form Limitations: The Principled Chiropractic Association will not be responsible for any technical errors or failures associated with the contact form, including but not limited to lost or misdirected inquiries. Ensuring that your email address is accurate and current is solely your responsibility.

3. Access to Our Exclusive Mastermind
As a Standard Tier member, you will have access to our Exclusive Mastermind, an online forum or group where you can engage with other chiropractors. This forum provides a collaborative space for members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for growing their practices.

• Access Rights: Access to the Mastermind is granted for the duration of your membership. Participation in the forum is subject to the rules and guidelines set by the Principled Chiropractic Association. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Mastermind in the event of rule violations.

4. Listed in Order of Approval Date
Your profile will be listed in the Principled Chiropractic Association directory in the order of your approval date. This ensures that your profile is displayed according to the date your membership was approved.

• Listing Position: Your listing order is strictly based on the approval date of your membership and will not change or be adjusted to any preferential position. The Principled Chiropractic Association does not offer any guarantees regarding visibility or traffic generated by your listing.

5. Welcome Packet with Exclusive Member Badge
Upon approval, you will receive a Welcome Packet containing an official Principled Chiropractic Association member badge, which can be displayed on your website and at your practice. This badge serves as a visual confirmation of your association with the Principled Chiropractic Association.

• Usage of the Badge: The member badge may only be used by active members of the Principled Chiropractic Association. Any misuse or unauthorized display of the badge by non-members or individuals whose membership has lapsed or been revoked is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Welcome Packet Delivery: The Welcome Packet, including the member badge, will be delivered after your membership approval. We are not responsible for any delays in the receipt of this packet due to factors beyond our control, including incorrect contact information.

Binding Agreement and Limitations of Service

By enrolling in the Standard Tier, you acknowledge that the services described above are the full extent of what is provided under this membership level. No additional features or services implied or otherwise, will be provided unless explicitly stated in this agreement.

• Payment Terms: Payment for the Standard Tier is non-refundable once processed. Membership dues are payable annually or monthly, and your membership will automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 15 days prior to the renewal date.
• Scope of Service: The Principled Chiropractic Association makes no representations or warranties regarding the volume of patient inquiries, visibility, or practice growth as a result of the Standard Tier membership. The association provides the tools described, but the outcomes associated with their use are not guaranteed.
• Disputes: In the event of any disputes related to membership or service, the Principled Chiropractic Association reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the interpretation and application of these terms.

By proceeding with the Standard Tier, you affirm that you understand and agree to the full terms outlined here. Any violations of these terms may result in the termination of your membership without a refund.
